Terms of Service
The agreement between AEOMCP LLC and the organizations that use the AEOMCP platform.
Effective October 19, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between AEOMCP LLC ("AEOMCP", "we", "us") and the organization that creates an account or subscribes to the service ("you", "Customer"). By creating an account, accessing the platform, or paying for a subscription, you accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and confirm you are authorized to do so.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use the service.
2. The service
AEOMCP is a software-as-a-service platform for answer engine optimization. It measures how brands appear in answers produced by third-party AI platforms, records the sources those answers cite, and exposes that data through a web application, a REST API, webhooks, and the Model Context Protocol.
What the service does not do: it does not guarantee that any brand will appear in any answer, that visibility will improve, or that any specific commercial outcome will follow from using it. The platform is a measurement and workflow tool, not a ranking service.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by your users and by any agent or automation you connect through an API key or MCP client.
You must keep API keys and access credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at hello@aeomcp.ai if you believe a credential has been exposed.
The service is offered to organizations and to individuals acting in a business capacity. It is not directed at children, and you may not use it if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or sanctions.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break any law, or to infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other customers' data, or the systems we run on;
- circumvent quotas, rate limits, usage caps, or billing controls, including by creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated trials;
- resell, sublicense, or expose the service to third parties except as permitted by an agency or multi-workspace plan you have purchased;
- use the service to build a directly competing product, or to scrape the platform itself at scale;
- submit content you have no right to submit, or that is unlawful, malicious, or harmful.
We may suspend an account that materially breaches this section. Where the breach is not deliberate and not urgent, we will try to reach you first.
5. Your data and our output
You keep ownership of everything you submit: brand profiles, prompts, domains, configuration, and any content you upload ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to operate the service for you, and to keep backups.
Data the platform generates for you — captured answers, citation records, visibility metrics, reports, and exports — is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including sharing it with your own clients.
We may use aggregated, de-identified data that does not identify you or any individual to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell Customer Data.
6. Third-party AI platforms
The service observes answers produced by independent third-party platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Mode. We do not control those platforms. They change their models, their interfaces, and their terms without notice to us.
This means answer content, availability, coverage, and timing can change at any time for reasons outside our control, and historical measurements may not be reproducible. Where a platform becomes unavailable or restricts access, the corresponding coverage may be reduced, paused, or discontinued.
Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, ChatGPT of OpenAI, and Gemini of Google. AEOMCP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Acme, Contoso, Globex and the other example brands on this page are fictional.
7. Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions billed in advance, in US dollars, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms as they apply to you as a payer.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, it is added at checkout. You are responsible for any other taxes arising from your use of the service.
We may change prices. A price change applies to your next renewal, never to a period you have already paid for, and we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance of the new price.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it clears. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Trial
We offer a seven-day trial with a fixed allowance, described on our pricing page at the time you sign up. When you start it you select the plan it becomes. A payment method is required to start it. Nothing is charged during the trial; unless you cancel before it ends, your subscription begins automatically on the plan you selected, at the price shown at signup, and renews monthly.
Trial allowances are per organization. We may end or withdraw trials, or refuse a repeat trial, at our discretion.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the service available and to collect data on schedule, but we do not commit to a specific uptime level under these Terms. Maintenance, third-party platform failures, and rate limits imposed on us upstream can all delay or interrupt collection.
Support is provided by email at hello@aeomcp.ai. Any separate service level commitment applies only if we have agreed one with you in a signed written agreement.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive information the other treats as confidential. Each agrees to use the other's confidential information only to perform under these Terms, to protect it with at least reasonable care, and not to disclose it except to people who need it and are bound by similar obligations, or where disclosure is legally required.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and cancel as described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails and stays unresolved, or if we are required to by law. We may also discontinue the service as a whole on 30 days' notice, in which case we will refund the unused portion of any period you have prepaid.
On termination your right to use the service ends. You may export your data at any time before termination takes effect, and we will retain it for 30 days afterwards so you can request an export. After that period we delete it on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent the law allows, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that measurements will be complete or reproducible, or that the data will be suitable for any particular decision you make with it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, even if advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights. We will notify you of any such claim and let you control the defence, provided any settlement that admits fault or imposes obligations on us needs our consent.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the application before it takes effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If you do not accept a change, your remedy is to cancel before it takes effect.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in King County, Washington have exclusive jurisdiction, and both parties consent to venue there.
Before filing anything, please contact us at hello@aeomcp.ai — nearly everything is faster to resolve by email.
17. General
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, are the entire agreement between us on this subject and replace any prior understanding. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in a merger or sale of substantially all our assets.
